Partnering up with a designer is not a decision to make lightly. There needs to be alignment, a certain spark that lets you know that you’ve got the right person. Over the years I’ve heard, and seen, what a misalignment in this relationship can cause – that is why I feel that it is important to be discerning in who we collaborate with. When I take on a client, I am in it for the long haul. Here are some aspects that make my service different:

I have 20+ years of experience in design.

Over the years I have learned which questions to ask, what works and what doesn’t and how to work in a manner that leaves the opportunity to expand on, not rebuild. I have worked in a small printing business, a boutique hospitality firm, a hotel group, a large website design company and a corporate branding business. Each of those positions gave me valuable insight into how to work smart and design optimally. I have owned and managed my own business for 7 years successfully. I know the stress of starting a business and how to make the most of the resources you can afford and have available.

Honesty and communication are key.

One of the first things I tell a new client is: “Always be honest with me. I will never take offence if you give feedback on a design”. To me, the most important thing about any project is that the client is happy with what I have created. It needs to tick all the boxes.

Value for money.

Part and parcel of being honest – I will never try to sell you something you don’t need, a long-term relationship is much more important to me. Anything I design is also done with multiple purposes in mind, so that you can use one advert for longer – or, in multiple ways. The additional benefit of working with me is that I always share tips, tricks and best practices with clients. I love it when a call with a client ends in them being all fired up and inspired by their own business!

Personalized service.

I am a one-man band and am really very comfortable with it. I connect personally with every client so that I can understand their short-term and long-term goals. As each relationship grows, I also get more insight into what their likes, dislikes and preferences are. It becomes a collaborative partnership which benefits us both.

I hope this gives you more insight into who I am and the type of service that I provide. If you would like to know more I invite you to read some of the reviews given by current clients on Google.
